Authors wishing to appeal an editorial decision must email the Editor-in-Chief within 15 days of notification, providing a detailed justification letter and a point-by-point response to reviewer comments. The Editor-in-Chief may assign an independent reviewer who has not previously seen the manuscript. The Editor-in-Chief renders a final, binding decision within 30 days of receiving the appeal.
